Palisades is a medium-textured grass that is noted for its shade tolerance, low water use and minimal fertilizer requirements. Since it is a slow growing, non-encroaching grass, Palisades requires less mowing and requires little to no edging. Other features of Palisades are its resistance to insects and weed invasions. It is used on residential, commercial, and golf sites.

JaMur Zoysia is a medium textured grass, similar in look to El Toro grass, but it’s a lot easier to manage. JaMur needs less water and less fertilizer than other standard lawn grasses. Once established, this dense turf tends to choke out weeds. In addition, JaMur is considered a much-improved replacement for other Zoysia cultivars, including El Toro, Meyer, Palisades, Empire, & Crown. Its attractive blue-green color is the best choice for high visibility areas, and high traffic residential and commercial applications.

Zeon is one of the most shade tolerant, fastest growing zoysias on the market. This fine bladed grass has exceptional shade and drought tolerance, low thatch production and improved traffic tolerance. Zeon recovers quickly from injury due to its extensive root system. On golf course fairways, Zeon can be mowed as low as 3/8” height. On homeowner and commercial sites, Zeon can be mowed from 1”-2” making it the ideal “Barefoot Grass.”

A fine-bladed zoysia grass with a deep green color, Geo is one of the most beautiful turf grasses you will find in a landscape. Geo has good to excellent shade tolerance compared to other zoysias and is extremely wear tolerant, making this a top choice for golf courses as well as residential lawns. If you want the best looking lawn in the neighborhood and are willing to perform a little more seasonal maintenance, Geo is the best choice. If your landscape has a limited amount of turf, Geo may also best grass due to its fine blade width.
